The Big Dinner Sweet Potato Wedges

Serve your sweet potatoes like this at Thanksgiving Dinner, and they'll be gobbled up FAST.
Wash, peel, and slice your sweet potatoes like long wedges (oven fries).  Dip them in a yummy glaze you have made of:
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 1/2 cup honey(melted)
* 1/3 cup lime juice
Place your wedges on a stone cookie sheet or cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, and lightly sprinkle chili powder or chipotle powder on them.

Cover your pan with tin-foil and let them bake for 45 minutes.  400 degrees. Take foil off and drizzle the rest of the glaze on the wedges.  Keep foil off and let them bake for as long as it takes to make them caramelized and cooked to the perfect tenderness.  You can salt them when they are finished, but my family never asks for salt so I never add it.

This is so flavorful and delicious.  Your fam will LOVE this at your feast!

*My Tip:  make these in the morning and then just warm them up right before the dinner.  .. you know how busy those ovens are on the big day!
