I Have Too Many Tomatoes Soup

Serve this to all of your Tomato-Loving Friends! Careful not to over-dose....
This soup is so NOT non-fattening. Just remember to go for a run later to burn it off.

Sautee on med. heat in pot on stove:
*1/2 cube real butter
* 1/2 cup chopped onion

Whiz in blender and add to onion and butter in pot:
* 1/2 quart cream of half and half
* 1 lb. of cream cheese (no kidding, right?)

*Add 38 oz. of tomato soup (how many cans depends on the size of them, just read the oz.)
*Sprinkle with garlic powder

Wire Whisk it all and then add as many fresh tomatoes as you want to the pot. (peel and core them first - you know, by dipping them in boiling water until the skins crack)

Heat all together and serve to all of your tomato-loving friends!

***** Seriously, I over-dosed on this the first time I had it. I LOVED it. Don't forget to purchase some saltines before you make this.
