Best Pumpkin Dessert

This recipe will be a total "HIT" at all of your holiday parties this season. Seriously.


Mix with mixer for a minute :
*1 can evaporated milk
*1 large can pumpkin
*5 eggs
*1 cup sugar
*1 tsp. ginger
*2 tsp. cinnamon
*1/2 tsp. cloves
*1/2 tsp. salt
Pour this all into your big cake pan (I use my stone one). Then pour a DRY yellow or white cake mix over the top.  Yup, it's weird, but do it.  Pour 1/2 cube of melted butter over the top of the dry cake mix.  No, it doesn't really cover it, and that's okay. Don't mix it - just let it sit on top.

Bake on 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then reduce the heat to 350 degrees.  Continue baking for 45 minutes.  Take your "yum" out of the oven and wait for it to cool a bit.  Holy Holidays.  This is yum.
